Included in your tour package is transportation pick up from the St. George Regional Airport, and drop-off at the Moab airport, 4-star lodging, all meals and snacks, six yoga sessions with gear, daily guided meditation sessions, nutrition and cooking workshops, and entrance into 4 national parks and 2 Utah state parks.
The only additional fees that guests will need to cover are their airfare, transportation to and from the Salt Lake City or Las Vegas airports, any beverages other than water, optional appetizers and desserts, host gratuities, and an optional massage.

Take in the views while enjoying a welcome reception, where you’ll meet the other guests and check out your itinerary for the week. Enjoy a delicious meal at the Spotted Dog Cafe before getting a good night’s rest before the rest of your journey begins.
Find Your Inner Peace in Zion National Park
Your first full day of the tour begins with a group yoga and meditation session, followed by a healthy breakfast. Then, you’ll head into the crown jewel of Utah; Zion National Park. Explore the park’s highlights and enjoy a picnic lunch before heading back to the Cliffrose Lodge for a gentle yoga session.
Marvel at Bryce Canyon’s Hoodoos
After a morning walk along the Virgin River and a meditation session, you’ll hit the road to travel through the famous Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel, and onwards to Bryce Canyon National Park. This often-overlooked park offers views that rival Zion. It’s home to the largest collection of hoodoos in the world. These strange formations are a must-see. You’ll dine at Backbone Grill, perched on top of Boulder Mountain, before continuing on to another stunning resort, Cougar Ridge.
Explore the Waterpocket Fold in Capitol Reef
Following a morning flow yoga and breakfast let by a holistic nutrition specialist, you’ll drive just minutes away to Capitol Reef National Park. Here, you’ll enjoy a guided hike along the Waterpocket Fold, a wrinkle in the earth’s crust that forms in the incredible peaks and ridges of Capitol Reef.
After a day of hiking and exploring the park’s orchards and petroglyphs, head back to Cougar Ridge for a soak in the hot tub. This evening, you’ll enjoy a nutrition workshop, and then prepare a meal together as a group. After dinner, unwind with a sunset yoga and meditation practice.
See Goblin Valley
After a morning meditation session, you’ll visit Capitol Reef for one more hike before heading to Goblin Valley State Park. Wander among the hoodoos while taking in the other-worldly view. You’ll see Dead Horse Point State Park, with its towering 2,000-foot cliffs high above the Colorado River, before continuing on to the HooDoo Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton.
Stand Beneath the Arches of Arches National Park
On your last full day, you’ll either head to a local studio or out into the red rock landscape for a morning yoga session. Then, hike to Arches National Park’s famous Delicate Arch. Enjoy lunch and a meditation and journaling session, before returning to the hotel for some relaxation and yoga before a final group dinner.
